Soumen Mondal

Soumen discovered his passion for property in the early 2000s when he bought his first apartment. His IT career took him across Japan, the UK, and South Africa before he moved to Australia in 2014, where he pursued property full–time.

Initially investing in residential real estate, he soon realized it wasn't the fastest path to financial freedom. Shifting to commercial properties, he achieved financial independence with just two investments, generating a net rent of $300,000. Determined to help others achieve the same, Soumen founded a commercial property buyer agency. He believes financial independence is possible for anyone in Australia with the right mindset, skills, and execution.
